Payments
All products remain Erelisbon’s property until a full payment is made. The price applicable is the one set on the date which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have a permission from an adult to buy on Erelisbon.
All transfers conducted through Erelisbon are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Handling
We ship worldwide. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business day unless you are buying something in pre-order. In that case, we will hold the other items so we can send the complete order together. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting us at info@erelisbon.com.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are 1-5 week days depending of the destination (please consider extra time for your customs check and don't forget that if you choose an article in pre-order, this time frame starts only after shipment).
